Blackstone Cheeseburger Quesadilla
A delicious fusion of cheeseburger ingredients and sauce, all cooked in a flour tortilla on a griddle.

Ingredients For the Quesadilla:
500g ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup dill pickle, chopped
4 burrito-size tortillas (10 inch)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
For the Special Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp pickle, chopped
1 tbsp onion, minced
2 tsp white vinegar
Instructions
1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
2. Cook the ground beef on the griddle until no longer pink and browned.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix all special sauce ingredients until well combined.
4. Place a tortilla on the griddle.
5. Spread the special sauce on one side of the tortilla. Add ground beef, chopped pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese.
6. Fold the tortilla in half.
7. Cook until the bottom of the quesadilla is golden brown (2-3 minutes).
8. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted (another 2-3 minutes).
Remove from the griddle.
9. Cut each quesadilla into 4 pieces.
10. Serve hot.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days.
